Lol, what the fahk is the Big Four?
If you're familiar with the Disney fandom, specifically the Disney crossover fandom, the Big Four is a common crossover. It's a shipping square consisting of Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled, Jack Frost from Dreamwork's Rise of the Guardians, Hiccup from Dreamwork's How To Train Your Dragon, aaand Merida from Pixar and Disney's Brave. The most common ships in there are Jack/Rapunzel and Merida/Hiccup. I don't hate all of the pairing combinations to rabid, raging death though, I DISLIKE them, I find them boring and I never really gave a shit.
The(well, most) fans act like the crossover is the best thing since sliced bread and--in the eyes of the rabid fans--that haters are enemies that must be converted whether they like it or not.
I am not kidding you; the bad fans can get outright vicious when someone doesn't like the Big Four. Some even try to antagonize the character's canon love interests(Flynn Rider/Eugene Fitzherbert, Tooth Fairy, Astrid, that's pretty much it) or kill them off because apparently they "get een da wei!!1!" or "dey r too ugly 4 dem!!11!!"
They also love to shit on everyone else's crossover ideas("that crossover sucks" "It'll never work", and so on) while they hail the Big Four as the greatest crossover that ever appeared on the face of the Earth. They won't accept any other chracters into the group because they are just that protective of their precious otps.

So there, that's what I gotta say. All I gotta say is...prepare you armor, weapons, anus, and shields, people. A shitstorm's a'comin.

EDIT 7/15/13: Apparently they're assuming Anna and Elsa from Frozen are Jack and Rapunzel's kids. And now they're making shitty manips of the girls swooning over older Hiccup from the HTTYD 2 trailer. Wow...nothing similar to any of the films is safe from them, hm?
